Critical Care Warning

  • Never wash Damascus in a dishwasher. The chemicals and heat will ruin the heat treat and pattern.
  • Always oil after use with food-grade oil (like mineral oil) to maintain the blade's integrity.
  • Do not store in leather sheaths for long periods. Leather absorbs moisture and can rust even stainless steel.
